Historically cherished by Egyptians and Romans for bathing, relaxation, cooking and perfume, Lavender is prized for its calming, relaxing aroma. Add to bath water, pillows or bedding, or apply lightly to temples or the back of the neck.

Uses & directions:

• Add a few drops to pillows, bedding, or the bottoms of feet at bedtime.
• Keep a bottle on hand to soothe occasional skin irritations; applied topically it is frequently used to reduce the appearance of skin imperfections.
• Freshen linen closets, mattresses, cars or the air by combining Lavender with water in a spray bottle.
• Diffusion: use 3–4 drops. Topical use: apply 1–2 drops; dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
