10 ml Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia) — steam-distilled from the flowering tips in France. Lavender has a long history of use for bathing, relaxation, cooking, and as a perfume, and its calming and relaxing qualities remain well known.

Versatile and easy to use — add a few drops to pillows or bedding at bedtime, combine with water in a spray bottle to freshen linens or the air, or apply topically to reduce the appearance of skin imperfections. Common guidelines:

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
• Keep on hand to soothe occasional skin irritations or add to bath water to soak away stress.
